Double-blind reviewing
Manuscripts are reviewed by two anonymous, independent reviewers. The editors follow procedures, aimed to that ensure that the manuscripts, provided to them, remain confidential during the overall review period. Double-blinded peer review is applied.
After receiving the manuscript, the editor-in-chief appoints a managing editor from the editorial board and two reviewers, to whom the anonymized manuscript is provided. The reviewers and the authors are anonymous to each other. The reviewers declare no conflict of interest. After receiving the completed review forms, the editorial board decides to publish, return for correction or reject the reviewed manuscripts. The editor-in-chief notifies duly the author / authors about the decision. Any and all disputes are settled by the editorial board.
