INCLUSIVE EDUCATION AND CULTURAL IDENTITY AMONG ROMA STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

This study analyzes parents’ attitudes towards the educational integration of children of Roma and non-Roma origin, focusing on socio-economic factors, cultural differences, and interpersonal relationships. Applying a qualitative methodological approach, including interviews and analysis through Atlas.ti, the study identifies key areas for improvement in the educational system. The results emphasize the need for enhanced cultural sensitivity, teacher training in cultural competence, and the promotion of inclusion. Based on the data, the research proposes developing strategies to support cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue to ensure better educational integration and respect for all students.
