Abstract

This article presents in a comparative format the results from a questionnaire distributed in 2020-2021 among special education teachers in Bulgaria and Greece, working with children and students with special educational needs (SEN) in online and distance form. Different aspects of the practical work of the special education teachers are outlined: the readiness for such form of work, the views on the competencies they should have, the opinions on the effectiveness of the online and distance learning, the types of online platforms they used, the difficulties they encounter, etc.
